We often take care of everyone around us and neglect ourselves. Please take a day for you, and in doing this, learn how it can help and apply to your congregation and school.
The first part of the day will focus on the individual and how exercise, diet and play/rest/sleep dramatically affect our brains. The second part of the presentation will focus on how this can be applied to our congregations and schools. Mark's presentation is engaging and interactive, and allows for small group discussions and applications.
This is a district event planned for you by the New Jersey District's Congregational Services and Circuit 4. We hope that all Pastors, DCEs, Administrators, and Teachers will attend. The cost of the event is $25 per person.
